Vans Transactional Emails

People love their checkerboard slip-ons. I was able to take the confusing, inconsistent emails and transform them into an easily digestible way to see when those beloved slip-ons would get to your doorstep.

The UX I created allowed us to translate it to: eleven standard e-commerce transactions email iterations, two Customs artwork review emails, four pick-up in-store emails, five account update emails, and three Vans Family account prize emails.
